Usage
Ammonia (NH3)
is a colorless, pungent, flammable
gas at atmospheric pressure and temperature. There are various grades of
ammonia for the semiconductor industry; for the LED/Compound Semiconductor
market, White Ammonia and Blue Ammonia, in addition to standard Ammonia.
